TESS continues to collaborate in the Progressive Partnering project. This is a partnership between Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee One-Call Systems and TESS, to develop leading edge software (GeoCall) for the operation of one-call notification centers. The GeoCall platform combines the latest technology in information systems design with integrated GIS functionality.

The GeoCall partnership has grown to include seven states - Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and South Carolina. Through GeoCall, facility and street location information has been improved and our tickets continue to improve in precision and therefore their usefulness to our members.

GeoRemote gives our members and excavators the ability to enter locate request information from their own offices using the Internet. Training classes for GeoRemote are being scheduled now. Please email us at info@digtess.org for more information.
